Serving People with Special Needs since 1991
Stage Harbor Re-opensNetwork’s Stage Harbor Marlborough house re-opened in November 2012.
It’s so good to see people living in this house again! Stage Harbor was one of the original residential programs Network opened in 1991. It was home for three residents until March of 2010. The program unfortunately was closed due to funding issues. The residents living at Stage Harbor moved to other licensed group homes within Network that had vacancies at that time. The property sat vacant for several years. Just when we listed the property for sale with a local real estate agent, a Department of Developmental Services resource manager called Network and asked us if we would consider opening the Stage Harbor house for three men who were in need of Continuous Residential Supports in a quiet neighborhood. The three gentlemen now living at Stage Harbor, Brian, Frank and Mark, enjoy each other’s company and are acclimating to their new home. They enjoy bowling, meeting new people, shopping in the community, celebrating holidays, going out for coffee and watching football.
